Athlete Development Program

Developing athletes need to ensure that they are learning proper training techniques and fundamentals. They need to stay ahead of the muscle tightness and imbalances that are inevitable with high intensity training. They need positive reinforcement and energy, and an environment of guidance and mentorship. And they need an amazing workout!

The Athlete Development Program (ADP) was designed to be a way for athletes to access many of the services available at The Athlete Centre at a discounted rate. ADP athletes train in groups of three, and receive performance coaching to help them reach their sporting goals plus manual therapy techniques to help keep injuries at bay.

The Athlete Development Program is an application-based program, and space is limited. Please contact us if you are interested in applying for this incredible opportunity.
