Golf Performance and Health
For healthy golfers our primary goals are to help you improve your mobility, stability, power, and body control. We believe this will give you the best opportunity to translate all of the work that you put in with your golf professional or swing coach into making your golf swing the most efficient and consistent it has ever been.
Injured golfers often require pain management, correction of biomechanics and posture, and core activation training. Once these areas are under control, a return to golf with a corrective exercise program is essential to maintaining optimum health and performance levels.
The Athlete Centre utilizes the Titleist Performance Institute’s TPI Screen to analyze how physical limitations in your body can adversely affect your golf swing and limit your potential or lead to injury. We then work with you to improve your physical performance by building you an individualized program of golf-specific conditioning exercises.
